Monica Monson founded The Noble Agency in 2020, drawing on a career in Arizona luxury real estate that now spans more than two decades. As Founder and CEO, she built Noble around informed advice, distinctive property marketing and lasting client relationships. Today, that vision guides an independently owned brokerage operating where life, wealth and real estate intersect.

Next the home goes to our private client list. Then, if it goes to market, it goes with the photography, pricing and story ready on the same day.
