Tracy Fitzgerald’s passion for real estate began on the job sites of luxury custom homes in Dallas, where her mother worked as a general contractor. Growing up around design and construction gave Tracy an early appreciation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the importance of understanding a client’s expectations.

Today, she brings that foundation to representing buyers and sellers in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Cave Creek, and Phoenix. Recognized among Arizona’s top-performing real estate professionals, Tracy is known for her tireless work ethic, marketing expertise, and personal investment in every client’s success.

A North Scottsdale resident since 1992, Tracy attended Texas Tech University before making Arizona home. Outside of real estate, she enjoys yoga, hiking, travel, and time with her family.
