Who we are

This website is operated by Noble Companies, LLC, doing business as The Noble Agency, a residential real estate brokerage based in Scottsdale, Arizona (“The Noble Agency,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers thenobleagency.com and the pages on it. It does not cover the separate websites of our individual advisors, or third-party services we link to, which have their own policies.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the reason you are writing, and your message.
• Join Noble form. Your name, email address, phone number, current brokerage, and any note you include.
• Private Showing form. Your name, email address, and what you are looking for.
• Direct conversations. Anything you share when you email, call, or meet with us.

Property search

Our property search and listing displays are provided by RealScout, a third-party service. If you search, save a home, request a showing, or create an account through those tools, RealScout collects that information and handles it under its own privacy policy. RealScout may share your inquiries with us so an advisor can follow up.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours receives some information automatically when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use Google Analytics to understand this in aggregate, such as which pages are read and how visitors find us. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes the same kind of information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We keep their use limited:

• Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visits and measure how the site is used.
• Security. Cloudflare, including its Turnstile check on our forms, may use cookies or similar signals to tell people from automated traffic. The check runs silently when you submit a form; how Cloudflare handles that data is described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Embedded tools. RealScout’s property search may set its own cookies when you use it.
• Interface memory. The site stores a small note in your browser for the length of a visit so the menu’s first-visit animation plays only once. It is cleared when you close your browser.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site will still work, though some embedded tools may not.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and connect you with the right advisor.
• To provide real estate services you ask us for.
• To review applications from agents interested in joining The Noble Agency.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.
• To keep the site and its forms secure, and to prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet our legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations as a brokerage.

Email from us

If you have shared your email address with us, we may occasionally send you news about the market and The Noble Agency. We send this email through Rechat, the client management system we use, and every message includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only as follows:

• Our advisors and staff, so the right person can respond to you.
• Service providers that run parts of the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security, and form protection), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox), Rechat (our client management system, which sends our email newsletters), Google (analytics), RealScout (property search), and Sanity (the content system that holds the site’s articles and pages; it does not receive what you submit through our forms). The site also loads fonts from Adobe Fonts, maps from Mapbox, and the local weather in our footer from Open-Meteo, which means those services receive your IP address when the page loads.
• Other parties to a transaction, such as a cooperating brokerage, lender, title company, or escrow officer, when you are buying or selling a home with us and the transaction requires it.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Noble Agency, our clients, or others.
• If our business changes hands, as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as email and are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for as long as we need them to meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations. The records our forms use to limit repeated submissions store your IP address for no more than one hour.

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months from your most recent visit, then Google deletes it automatically.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is wrong;
• delete your information, unless we are required to keep it;
• stop sending you marketing messages.

To make a request, contact us using the details at the end of this page. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for making a request. Information held by RealScout or another third-party service should be requested from that service directly.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections across the site. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send financial account numbers or other sensitive details through our forms.

Children

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
