Her career includes working for a Montana senator, overseeing marketing and project management for US Bank divisions across six states, and running two family-owned businesses and an e-commerce business. These experiences shaped her leadership, attention to detail, and ability to build lasting relationships.

Today, Lisa applies that perspective to helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate with clear guidance and thoughtful coordination. She takes time to understand each client’s priorities, bringing an organized, personal approach to the decisions and details that shape their experience.

Working alongside her son, Cole, as part of The JRM Real Estate Group, Lisa combines her professional experience with the shared commitment of a family partnership. Licensed in Arizona and Montana, the mother-and-son team serves clients with genuine care, professionalism, and loyalty.

Born and raised in Montana, with deep roots in Bozeman, Lisa understands the appeal of both Big Sky Country and Scottsdale’s desert lifestyle. Having made that transition herself, she offers a personal perspective to clients exploring a similar move or establishing connections between the two markets.
