Susan Talarico brings more than 25 years of Scottsdale real estate experience, sharp negotiation skills, and a refreshing willingness to tell clients what they need to hear. A former brokerage owner originally from Buffalo, New York, she traded lake-effect snow for Arizona sunshine in 1999 and has been helping clients find their place in the desert ever since.
Her expertise spans high-end homes, lifestyle properties, ski lake communities, and land. Susan pairs thoughtful strategy with distinctive marketing, believing every property deserves a compelling story and every client deserves a real conversation.
Her competitive spirit has an impressive résumé of its own. A National Champion roller skater, she went on to coach two National Champions and volunteer with Special Olympics. She also became a New York State Women’s Jump Champion in water skiing and a World Champion swivel skier. Apparently, a quiet afternoon was never the goal.
That discipline carries into her work through preparation, persistence, and a steady focus on her clients’ interests, delivered with candor and well-timed humor.
At home, Susan shares life with her car-enthusiast husband, motocross-loving twin sons, and rescue terriers Maggie and Homer, who contribute nothing to the mortgage but remain firmly in charge.
