Sally Cashman

Sally Cashman brings nearly 40 years of professional sales experience and an entrepreneurial perspective to Arizona real estate. An Arizona State University graduate, she began her career with Xerox Corporation before spending more than two decades as owner and president of Cashman-Edwards, serving leading brands in the food industry. That combination of corporate training and business ownership informs her strategic thinking, negotiation, and client service.

As the leader of Cashman Partners, Sally has built a team centered on creativity, consistent communication, and lasting relationships. With more than $400 million in team sales and over 500 families served, Cashman Partners brings experience across price points, supported by customized pricing strategies, thoughtful marketing, and corporate relocation expertise.

Sally approaches each relationship as a true partnership. She takes time to understand her clients’ priorities and brings together the people, resources, and guidance needed to support their goals. Originally from the Boston area, Sally has called Arizona home since the early 1980s. She and her husband, Andy, raised their sons, Bryce and Bradley, in Scottsdale and now also spend time at their home in Italy’s Piemonte wine region.
