Deborah Farrar brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to her work with Arizona buyers and sellers. Her approach combines attentive service, patience, and a commitment to keeping each client’s interests at the center of every decision.

Born and raised in Indiana, Deborah studied real estate law at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis before beginning her career with a local development company. There, she discovered a lasting passion for the process of transforming raw land into residential communities. Working alongside builders and homeowners gave her firsthand insight into the planning, coordination, and details that bring a home to life.

That foundation continues to shape her representation today. Deborah takes time to understand her clients’ priorities, explain their options, and guide them through the process with care. Since moving to Arizona in 2017, Deborah has embraced the climate and outdoor lifestyle, enjoying golf and her lifelong passion for horseback riding.
