Lauren Emig

Lauren Emig brings more than 50 years of Scottsdale living and over 14 years of local real estate experience to her work with buyers and sellers. Her background in advertising, marketing, home construction, and renovation offers clients a well-rounded perspective on how to recognize, enhance, and communicate a property’s value.

An Arizona State University graduate, Lauren began her career as media director for a leading local advertising firm before becoming marketing director for an emerging medical company. She later pursued her passion for real estate, developing and growing a local home builder’s custom home division.

Today, Lauren draws on that experience to guide clients through resales, new construction, and land transactions. For sellers, she identifies the features and opportunities that can strengthen a home’s presentation and market positioning. For buyers, her construction and renovation knowledge helps illuminate a property’s possibilities and inform their decisions.

Born in New York and raised in Arizona, Lauren has a deeply personal connection to Scottsdale and its evolution. She and her husband, Charles, raised their twin boys and daughter here, building a life rooted in the community she serves.

Outside of real estate, Lauren enjoys cooking, gathering with family and friends, and spending time with their five dogs. She considers it both a privilege and a passion to put her diverse experience to work for her clients’ goals.
