Kathleen Prokopow

Kathleen Prokopow brings a lasting connection to Arizona and more than 16 years of relocation experience to her real estate practice. A Valley resident since 1991, she traded Orange County’s beaches for the Sonoran Desert and found both a home and a community she loves helping others discover.

As a member of Cashman Partners, Kathleen pairs market knowledge with a strategic, personalized approach to buying and selling. She takes time to understand each client’s priorities, providing attentive guidance through decisions that often extend well beyond the property itself.

Kathleen’s commitment to her profession includes service as State Secretary and Scottsdale President within the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, along with leadership as Director of North Scottsdale’s REALTOR® Marketing Session. A graduate of Leadership Academy Class XIII, she also volunteers with charitable organizations.

Outside of real estate, Kathleen enjoys beach getaways, cooking, and spending time with her husband, their two sons and their families, and her dogs, Izzy and Penny.
