Jay offers extensive knowledge of the Valley’s golf and country club communities, informed by more than a decade of membership at The Estancia Club and a social membership at DC Ranch Country Club. His perspective helps clients evaluate both the property and the lifestyle surrounding it.
Now launching Pennypacker Advisors alongside his wife, Monica Monson, founder of The Noble Agency, Jay enters an exciting new chapter. Together with their team, they unite complementary expertise, established relationships, and a shared commitment to exceptional representation.
A University of Arizona graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science, Jay also serves on the Arizona Golf Association’s executive committee. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, hiking, fishing, and time with his two sons.
