With over 28 years of industry experience, Gonzales joins The Noble Agency from his previous multi-decade post at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty where he was Chief Operating Officer responsible for the company’s eleven offices across Arizona, and tasked with supervising the management team, agent development, IT, marketing, recruiting, and relocation. Gonzales oversaw billions in volume growth over the last four years and has a keen eye for market trends.
